This notice covers the CampusIQ360 website at campusiq360.com. It does not cover student data an institution shares with CampusIQ360 under a data-sharing agreement; that data is governed by the agreement with that institution.

What we collect

When you request a demo or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, institution, role, province and any message. Our website host records standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange a demonstration and follow up about CampusIQ360. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Demo requests are sent through Amazon Web Services in Canada (Canada Central region) and delivered to our Microsoft 365 email, where they are stored. [Confirm the Microsoft 365 data location in the admin center under Settings, Org settings, Organization profile, Data location.]

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to [24 months] after our last contact, then delete them.
